Booking
Process
We do not have a
state-of-the-art online booking system partly due to technological weakness, but
the
key reason is we like to
meet your needs in person. You'll almost always
contact to the same tour operator to the end of your trip. That person will take
time to deeply understand your requirement and try his/her best to bring you an
unforgettable holiday with interesting experience.
1- Upon receipt your requirement, Tuan Linh
Travel will check and inform you the availability and price for the certain
service. No service can be confirmed until Tuan Linh Travel receives your
written confirmation by email or fax, along with your payment information.
2- In order to tailor programs
and offer best things for your trip to Vietnam, all our service suppliers
require warranty. That is the reason why you have to deposit for
packaged tours. For other services like visa, hotel
or tickets reservation, the deposit or full amount (vary in each booking) should be paid as
early as possible to secure the best availability.
3- Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send
you a voucher (See
sample
of
voucher) via fax or email
to confirm and ensure that you are in the heart of our services.
4- Final payment of the service cost must be
done 24 hours before departure of the tour or pay on your arrival in Vietnam,
otherwise we may automatically consider the service be cancelled by the client.
Responsibility
We always try our best to supply perfect services for all customers (See
services in our tours). However, in the case of force majures beyond
our control, for example any loss, damage, injury, illness, weather, accident,
delay, changes in schedule, changes in means of transport, hotel overbooking, or
other inconveniences caused directly or indirectly due to any events, we will
make the efforts to find satisfactory alternatives and minimize inconvenience,
but shall not be liable for any losses incurred. If such alterations involve
additional cost, this must be borne by you.
In the event we cancel a trip, for any reason, we will contact you immediately
and offer you the alternatives or all money for services described in the
reserved itinerary will be refunded in full. However, if you agree to such
refunds, the fee for money transfer must be borne by you. Such alternatives
require a close cooperation and harmony between both you and Tuan Linh Travel.
Please send an email

Payment
Payment can be made in cash, by credit card or combination (See
payment methods). Except for cash payment, all bank service charge of
the transfer must be paid by the client. Our bank account details are:

Cancellation Fees
Except for
packaged
tour, in any case of
cancellation, service charge is not applied to you by Tuan Linh Travel as
we are committed to provide best services and sufficiency to clients, but if
hotels or service suppliers charge for the cancellation, you will have to pay
for all the fees. Service charge as mentioned is various depending on type of
the service, time of year and the cancellation policy of our partners and will
be settled directly to the suppliers or via us by clients. Cancellation should
be made as soon as possible in writing via email, fax. The date on which the
cancellation notice is received by us will determine the applicable cancellation
fee.
Since we provide lots of services and nature of each booking is different so we
can not apply a fixed policy for all. Please ask us for detail Cancellation
and Refund Policy in your particular case before using our services.
Note:
It also depends on the different cancellation policies of suppliers (hotels,
carriers and other contractors) to determine the amount of refund.
Insurance
Insurance is not included in the tour cost. We require you to take out travel
insurance and any other necessary insurances including cancellation fees,
medical and curtailment expenses, loss of luggage, early departure from tour due
to death or illness etc. This adequate information is very important to meet
your needs, and will assume that you will have done so before your arrival in
Vietnam.
Entry
requirements
It is the
responsibility of each tour participant to obtain, comply and carry a valid
passport, visa(s), health equipment and any other documents required by
applicable government regulations. We can not be held liable for any illness,
delays or costs resulting from your failure to meet these requirements. Please
make sure that your passport is valid from the day you arrive in Vietnam. You
are also strongly advised to use visa service in our company.
Privacy
policy
Personal
information about you such as name, address, phone number, or email address is
subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting the privacy and
security of any personally identifiable information you provide us. Your
personal information will not be released unless the law permits it or your
permission is granted.
Links
Tuan Linh Travel is not responsible for use of links operated by parties in our
website. We provide you links for a merely aim to widen your knowledge as well
as be convenient for you to search information. However, we do not control the
contents of those links and have no responsibility for their contents or your
uses of them. Any linked website on our website does not imply approval of the
links by us. Tuan Linh Travel does not accept any liability in connection with
any such website.
Claims
All dispute, claims and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled
by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation
and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claims or litigation shall be
finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration (VIAC)
at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
All claims must be submitted in writing 30 days after the end of the Services.
